I am a 20 year old girl who wasn’t even alive when Ted Bundy acted out these chains of murders. Yet when asked to write a research paper for English class this was the topic that I chose. I believe my interest comes from that of fear. This was a real life horror movie, and it could happen again at any time. After Bundy was incarcerated he escaped not once, but two times. The first escape only lasted a few days and in those few days he didn't commit any documented murders. The second escape however, took place on December 30, 1977, and he was not re-incarcerated until mid February of 1978. In that time of a month and a half, he had brutally killed 4 known victims.
So why would anyone be interested in such an "evil" man. Just because someone writes a paper on a serial killer, or reads a book about him.. does that mean they admire him for committing such horrendous acts?
